Request a Library Card -- Sanger Public Library in Sanger, TX
Please fill out this form to request a library card at Sanger Public Library.
To complete the application process and pick up your new library card, simply
stop by the library and let a staff member at the desk know that you requested
a library card through our website.
Important: Don't forget to bring a photo ID with your current address - we will
not be able to finalize your account without it!
If your ID does not? have your current address, you will need to bring a proof
of address in addition to your photo ID. A valid temporary driver's license,
utility bill, property tax or bank statement, lease, insurance card, or any
other type of official mailing (jury duty, ID renewal, etc) will work.
There is no minimum age for children to get a library card, but they must be
able to sign their own name (print or cursive) on the children's card form.
Anyone Under 18 will need a parent/guardian with a card to sign our family card
form in order to get a full privilege library card. Student Cards with limited
privileges are available without parent signature to those between the ages of
14-17 who reside in the Sanger ISD.

Note: Sanger Public Library is part of the North Texas Library Consortium.
Applicants who have previously had an account in good standing at Sanger or
another NTLC library may have their prior account renewed or transferred in
lieu of making a brand new account.
